Seeking a roommate (or 2)

Hey all, I’m Justin. I’ll be moving to Ft. Lauderdale (or the surrounding area) in Aug after being in NYC for the past years. I’m seeking a roommate (or 2 max) to go in on a house or apt - males or female welcome. I’m single, straight, and a very friendly, clean, outgoing guy. Hoping to find both a roommate/friend in the long-run.

Weekdays - I work in Technology Sales and WFH % with light travel to customers every now and then. I’m usually plugged in from ~pm daily and then hit the gym. Unwind at night with some dinner, TV, surfing the internet, etc. at home.

Weekends - I’ll be exploring all that South Florida has to offer. I enjoy going out for drinks, anything outdoorsy/active (biking, hikes, beach, camping, etc.), and love live music (def will be heading down to Miami every now and then for an EDM show). I’ll be purchasing another motorcycle when I get down there, and ideally joining a boat/yacht club or buying a cabin cruiser for trips to Bimini.

Personally - Very clean. I like to cook/meal prep and the dishes always end up in the dishwasher. I’m big into music, festivals, and social events so would like to host communal friends on occasion. I’m also big into college sports and will always be repping PSU (alum).
