Hi! My roommate and I are Washburn University students looking for a 3rd roommate (Female ONLY - Men pls stop applying). Rent is $ without utilities. Preferred you move in sometime in August. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with one of us. In unit washer and dryer! We do have a cat who is very sweet. Living room and kitchen and stuff is furnished, just not your bedroom. First floor apartment so no stairs!
