Fully furnished room available with access to a full kitchen with every appliance one would want. Move in time would be mid-late July or August first. Utilities are included in the price of rent. About two and a half miles from ASU and two
and a half miles from downtown Tempe. Would be living with myself (twenty four year old male) and my other roommate (twenty year old male) and we’re both from California. I am currently a graduate student and I work full time, and my roommate also works full time. We’re both pretty chill, and we enjoy video games and going to the local karaoke bar. FYI, the room will be repainted and new floors will be installed prior to you moving in.
