Room for Rent

I am a young, educated professional in search of a self-reliant roommate. I live in a new three-bedroom, two-bathroom house, and I have two rooms for rent, available now. The room comes furnished with a bed and a TV. I am open to a month-to-month or a long-term lease; I just ask for a 30-day notice to be given. Please, no drugs or smoking.

The rent is $600 with a $300 security deposit. This includes all the basics: electricity, water, internet, and TV apps. The living areas, including the bathroom, would be shared. I have one small dog and one medium-sized dog. They are usually easy to warm up to and mostly stay by my side.
