Newly renovated room in quiet suburban neighborhood half a mile from the freeway on Ortega in San Juan.

Myself (M) and my roommate (M) are looking for a third person to join us in our bath house. We are both working professionals who enjoy gaming and the gym in our off time. He is out most of the day and I am WFH. He owns a really calm bloodhound who sleeps most of the day but we are asking for no additional pets! We are long time good friends that mostly do our own thing, it’s always a good vibe!
