I’m a quiet and clean, looking for a roommate, ideally minimum months starting on June, though there is a possibility of extending the lease on. The room I am offering is a fully furnished private room in a bath unit. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and reliable. Bathroom and Kitchen will be shared areas. Unit is pretty big and peaceful also the neighbourhood.

minutes by walk to Ossington Subway Station. 8 minutes by walk to Walmart/No Frills/Dufferin Mall/LCBO/Tokyo Smoke and Shoppers. Within walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants on Bloor st W. Quick access to Downtown Toronto. Universities are easily accessible by train (UofT, TMU, George Brown).
