Hey everyone! I’m currently looking for a roommate to share a -bathroom apartment in Oakland.
• Rent: $ deposit
• Utilities: Around $/month
• Washer/Dryer: Shared with other tenants
• Parking: Street parking + 1 parking spot we’ll rotate monthly
• Pets: No additional pets (I have a cat, she’s nice and mostly stays in my room)
• No smoking inside
• Lease: Preferably 1 year
• Move-in Date: June 1
