Hi, my name is Matt. I just graduated this semester from CCAC with my associate’s degree, and I’m currently working full-time in IT. I’m looking for an affordable studio, 1-bedroom, or small 2-bedroom apartment in the Pittsburgh area to move into as soon as possible.

My budget is around $/month, and I’m hoping to find a clean, quiet space where I can focus on work, continue building stability, and eventually reach my goal of long-term independence.

I’m very responsible, respectful, and reliable. I take pride in keeping my space clean, rent on time, and being a considerate neighbor. Outside of work, I’m into fitness, martial arts, and taking care of my health. I enjoy walking, hiking, dancing, and having fun here and there—but I’m focused on my goals, and I value peace at home.

Ideally looking in neighborhoods like:

• Hazelwood
• Homestead
• Carnegie
• South Side
• or anywhere near decent public transportation
