I have a .5 bath home in Hampton with easy access to Hwy , , close to parks, shopping, dining and Medical facilities.

I have one furnished and unfurnished bedroom with separate bathroom for rent at different price. Bedroom has carpet floors and the bath is in the hallway outside of the bedroom that you will share with one other person. The room is available for either 6 months or months with a possible option for longer.

Rent is $ for a master bedroom and $ for a regular room all-inclusive, and includes all utilities (electric, cable, water, Netflix, wifi & trash collection) and free use of household amenities (laundry room, TV, computer, fridge space.) No weekly or split payments, must be paid at the beginning of the month in full.

You would share the common living spaces (kitchen, dining room, etc.) with me and the other roommate. Parking in front of the house for your car.

No pets. This is a non-smoking, drug-free household. I’m not a clean freak but a certain level of cleanliness is required - make the mess, clean the mess.

NO COUPLES, HEAVY DRINKERS, PARTIERS, DRUG USERS or SMOKERS(that includes outside smokers and marijuana users.) No overnight guest. Security deposit of $ required at move-in. References required of applicant. You must be employed and have proof of income.
