Huge Master bedroom/private bath

I have a master bedroom with a private bathroom available to be rented on May . This is a two bedroom apt which is my home. The bedroom is fully furnished with dresser, tv, recliner, lamps and a queen sized bed. The bathroom has. HUGE walk in closet and garden tub with loads of storage space. The apt is on the first floor and I do have a private grass patio for a small dog.

Looking for immediate move ins and preferably a long term rental agreement. You would sign a lease that connects yourself to the apt but solely yours and not connected to my lease.
