So my current roommate is moving for a new position so in June so just wanted to get the ball rolling on finding a new roommate to take over her lease/renew.
The current lease is up in October
Needs a credit score
No past evictions and no record
Can make 3x Times the rent Including me
Rent is , split right down the middle, plus utilities so all together between both of us is about , sometimes a bit less.
Quiet neighborhood
Good location,
Close to Viera, Orlando, Publix, etc
