About the house, neighborhood & owners:
- The house was built two years ago. My parents are the owners. Their names are Eurys and Jorge. They both only speak Spanish, but they know how to use a translator if necessary. The house is two stories high and doesn't have a fence yet but it will pretty soon. We do have a medium size mixed dog, but we plan to get one as soon as possible. Eurys and Jorge are usually at work or out, but when they're not, they're at home resting. They are kind and respectful, so if there is a problem, communication is key to a good connivance, so we always encourage people to talk to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at home.

- The neighbors are quite calm and pleasant, we haven't had any problems with them and on the contrary we get along very well, they are very cheerful and supportive.

About the other housemates
- One of them it's me, as I already said I'm the daughter of the house owners, I'm (twenty) years old, my name is Maria, I speak both Spanish and English. I'm a college student and also work part-time. I will help you with whatever you need.

- The other person is my uncle Victor, he's renting a room with us, he speaks both Spanish and English, he's pretty kind, joyful and respectful.
