Clean, quiet 2-room suite (bedroom + office or private living space) in a freshly-renovated downtown Lancaster row home shared with female housemates. Price includes all utilities and wifi. *Please read entire listing.*

This is a small but well-appointed home ideal for a responsible professional or mature student who enjoys clean and quiet living. I live in the home with one female housemate, and we are looking to share with a female housemate. We keep the home immaculate and are respectful of each other's quiet space and use of shared space. Short walk to Musser Park and one mile walk to the center of town near Central Market, shops, coffee, and restaurants.

Your space includes a freshly-painted bedroom and office suite (2 rooms) with large windows, 2 closets (one is double-deep and fits 2 rows of clothing), designated kitchen cabinets and fridge space, and use of kitchen, living area, washer & dryer, patio. No pets, no smoking inside or outside.

The bedroom and office can be furnished or unfurnished. Bring your own dishes and kitchen supplies. Outside of the suite, the home is otherwise furnished. There is no additional storage space available.

All utilities are included (TV is not included). One month deposit required at lease signing to secure the room. Lease is 3-month minimum then month-to-month. First month’s rent is due before move-in. Payments can be made via Zelle or Zillow.
