Family of 4 adults, seeking 1 Male tenant to rent the downstairs furnished bedroom. The bathroom is shared. Although we love children & pets, the room is not suitable for them. NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS.

The room has a TV equipped with Netflix, a microwave, and a mini fridge. In addition, Free Wi-Fi.

There is a deposit of $, which is refundable ONLY when you give a -day notice to vacate AND if there are no repairs that need to be fixed.

We are located on the border of Rialto and Bloomington. There are a variety of restaurants/eateries, retail shops, parks, cafés & a popular gym within walking distance, including the Walmart Super Center that is approximately 1 mile away.

There is plenty of street parking on the side and in front of our home.
