Downtown room, close to beach 🏖️

Searching for a roomie to move into my 2 bed low rise apartment which is a block away from the beach in the West end, available from April th.
Bills are an additional sixty$pm, that includes wifi, heat, hot water and electric.
As much as I love pets, the building has a strict policy against these and there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. The building is concrete which makes it really quiet and peaceful and nice and cool in the summer!

A little bit about me, moved to Vancouver from the UK 5 years ago, I'm a colourful, creative person who works from home for a tech company. During the winter I love to go skiing (I already bought a season pass for next year!) and in the summer I like going to the beach, taking trips and going to music festivals.
I have a lot of hobbies, I love to craft, make music, DJ, cook, ride my bike or walk along the seawall and have an interest in travel, fitness and nutrition. I don't eat meat if that's something that's important to you but I don't mind living with meat eaters.

Perks with living me include access to a Costco membership, Chromecast in the spacious living room, wifi bulbs, apt has lots of space for storage and a large balcony with a lovely view of the alleyway 🥲

I'm looking for someone like minded, clean, level headed, laid back, stable and trustworthy who is a great communicator, is able to find the balance between being social while also respecting privacy, and is able to commit long term.
