Roomate good credit, clean no drama

Hello,
I am new to the desert and looking to rent a bath with another person who is a professional with good credit and a good job. Must have good credit. Preferably rent a furished home here in the desert either in Rancho Mirage or Palm Desert.

I have a cat so that has to be ok with you. I am very clean, quiet and hang in my room/office much of the time.

each will give us a nice place to call home. Thanks. Age would be best.
