This gorgeous condo is such a gem!

Description

Your Room:
The bedroom for rent is super spacious and has tons of closet space (four sliding doors). Includes a private bathroom (with shower/bathtub). Utilities split down the middle.

Your room has a door that leads to our spacious courtyard, where there is an outdoor furniture set with a fire pit, umbrella, french string-lighting, a BBQ grill, a lime tree, and meyer lemon tree.

Common Areas: 
You will have full access to all common areas, including the kitchen, with designated pantry/cabinet/fridge space. You’re welcome to use all pots, pans, dishware, silverware, and appliances, including an air fryer and mini Nespresso machine.

Amenities:
•Kitchen has a 3-door Samsung refrigerator
•Living room has a K QLED TV
•XL washer and XL dryer
•Central air conditioning and heater
•Cox panoramic wifi
•Access to community pool/hot tub
•Filtered 5-gallon water jugs delivered, with hot/cold dispenser
•Front door Ring Camera access
•Designated space (rafter) to store items in the garage. It's big enough for a few boxes and/or storage bins
•Overnight guests are allowed maximum twice a week

Parking:
You'll have a permit for parking within the community.You can guest list additional cars up to three nights a month. I've never had an issue finding parking spots for myself or guests. There is also plenty of parking on the street directly outside of the community for additional cars/guests. The street parking is very close ( minute walk). I park in the one-car garage.

Pets:
•I have a pug mix named Lola who is very sweet. She is dog friendly and people friendly.
•No additional pets, sorry!

I don't mind having people over every now and then, but overall, I want our home to be a peaceful place where we can recharge. I'm personable, upbeat, and fun, but I also take my finances seriously.
