Looking for a Roommate!

I have a bedroom available in a b condo on the west side of Pleasanton. You will be splitting the rent with me. I am a UC Davis grad in my mid-'s, hoping to find another professional to share the space with. I currently work in veterinary medicine and am working towards attending graduate school.

About the place:
Availability would be at the end of January . Rent will be around $ + shared utilities (pg&e and wifi). The landlord pays for our water. Near HWY and Safeway and other local shops. Safe and family-friendly neighborhood. Laundry is on the premises. Kitchen/living room/bathroom are shared.
Tandem parking spot available, as well as a lot of street parking.
Can share more details about the unit with those interested; just private message me! Ideally someone who is comfortable with or loves dogs. I have a 2-year-old medium-sized dog who is anxious at first but warms up to you quickly! (just give her a treat lol)
