Private Room For Rent

It’s conveniently located right off of St. James and College Park Rd in Goose Creek within Crowfield Plantation. It is a safe and quiet area, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby as well as easy access to I-. The HOA provides a pool and other facilities like a fishing pond and tennis courts which is provided in the rent. The house is a .5 bath with a large fenced in back yard with a fire pit. I currently have 2 dogs in the house and would prefer to not have any more pets in the home. I am also only considering female tenants. No children. I have two rooms for rent in the house, but I only have photos of the smaller room posted due to my previous roommate still being in the process of moving out.
