Hello! I am a hard working father of and with me half of the week. I am looking for a room we can rent. We are pet-free but pet-friendly! I have a good job, pay my bills on time and can provide a reference with my current roommate. My max for what I can pay is $ per month.

She has a lot of toys and any leeway she can get for having her toys set up in our new home would mean more than anything I could ask for.
