The property is located just minutes from Boulder and minutes from Denver.

There is no private entrance. No pets (no exceptions). The ideal tenant is professional, independent, responsible, non-smoking, and easy-going with a stable income.This is not a roommate situation, I will be upstairs in a separate area.
