Looking For A Room (Couple)

Description

We both have a bad history when we were fleeing bad situations which is making it hard for us to get added to a lease anywhere that doesn't accept rental collections. We don't like drama and very much prefer open communication with upfront expectations. Unfortunately we've had roommates in the past not communicate and suddenly give us days notice and forced my partner to not renew the lease which left us homeless. Our max is $ with all utilities included currently after I had a car accident. Looking for a place asap on the Trimet lines!
