It’s a 3 bed 3 bathroom house - 2 of the bedrooms have ensuites, and the thrid past the laundry, so great for share house. Landlord also happy for pets - we have a dog and 2 cats currently.
The house was renovated last year so it has brand new kitchen, bathrooms, brand new appliances (oven and dishwasher), split system A/C with a great garage for storage or workshop as well as off street parking. We also have FTTP NBN.
Location - super close to Bell/Mellville cafes and restaurants, no 58 tram on Melville, Pascoe Vale station, Piedemontes, access to the freeway and in the Strathmore High catchment. The neighbours are lovely and the street is quiet.
