Hey everyone! We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our 2-story house in Los Alamitos. Here are the
details:

The House:
• 3 bedrooms, bathrooms (you’ll share a bathroom with me)(master room is currently taken)
• 2 living rooms and a backyard (perfect for weekend BBQs)
• 3 parking spots + plenty of street parking
• Laundry on- and full access to the kitchen and common areas
• Located in a great neighborhood, not far from to CSULB or the beach and tons of food spots

The Roommates:
• Two laid-back, full-time working professionals who enjoy relaxing, grilling, and having a drink or two on the weekends
• We value personal space but also enjoy a good vibe in the house

The Details:
• Rent: $/month + utilities
• Move-in date: Flexible, as early as January
• Sorry, no pets. Looking for someone mid-s or older
• Security deposit required
