Hi there!
Looking for a responsible and relaxed adult/young adult female roommate! My home is centrally located near Union and Fillmore in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The rent is $/month, which includes all utilities and internet. I’m asking for a minimum 6-month lease, but shorter terms can be negotiated.

The space includes a private bedroom and shared bathroom in a semi-private -square-foot basement. The home’s entrance, main kitchen, and laundry are shared among three total people, while you’ll share the basement living space and bathroom with one other tenant. There’s also a “mini kitchenette” set up in the large downstairs laundry room for added convenience. The backyard is a great space you’re welcome to enjoy as well.

Ideal renter:

- Woman, respectful, kind, relatively clean, and responsible.
- A working professional who works outside the home (since I work from home often).
- Comfortable around dogs (I have one overly friendly and fluffy pup).
- No additional pets, no smoking/vaping, and occasional guests are fine, but no big parties.
- Queer affirming
- A background check and verified income will be required.

About me:
I’m a young professional in my late s with an established career in tech. I enjoy outdoor activities like camping and fly fishing, baking sourdough, gardening, and crafting. I’m introverted but friendly, relatively tidy, and value shared spaces being treated with care. Myself and the other tenant are both friendly but keep to ourselves, creating a peaceful, sanctuary-like environment at home.
