Private room in 3 bedroom house

Description

Private room in a 3 bedroom house, currently planning to keep one room open as a guest room. Property is of an acre, I have a bus in the backyard and a volleyball court (just dirt but it’s lit well and we play on the weekends all summer!).

No garage access but lots of driveway parking. I have two inside-only cats, so if you like cats and don’t have any pets of your own that would be perfect 😅 Unfortunately I can’t accept anyone with dogs or kids.

Pics are of the shared spaces, will add more soon, or feel free to message me. The other roommate is still here til the end of December, that room will be unfurnished. I have a furnished room (the guest room) that’s open in the meantime, so move-in date is flexible. **Must be LGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈**
I’m pretty clean/organized, looking for someone with similar standards.
Shared bathroom, but my schedule is flexible and we’ll probably never have issues with it. bath total, just the one shower. I eat mostly plant based so in an ideal world I’m looking for someone who isn’t cooking meat regularly 😅 That being said we built a chicken coop in the yard and are expecting to have it finished and get chickens by this coming spring/summer. Happy to share dinners when I cook, usually
