Looking to have someone take over my lease at Carson Homes for the second semester. Carson Homes associates with College Town so you’ll have access to all the amenities- pool, hot tub, gym, tanning bed, etc. Rent is $ + utilities. Parking at Carson Homes and CT included. Place is shared with 4 other roommates ( girls, + 1 cat). Lease would go from January - May, with the option to stay until July as well.
