Update:
Room is ' in size and almost ready.
I have to install new carpet,
Repaint room, small repair on one window,
And install A.C.
I'm doing these renovations myself and so rent has now went from monthly.

I'm looking for 1 female tenant as my kids do visit every now and then on weekends, women are a little more tolerant to young ones.

3 bedroom house in Ewa Beach, in front of the ocean.
I occupy the master bedroom,
Bedroom #2 is a game room/for when my kids visit.
Bedroom #3 is being offered to a renter and should be completed by February 1st.

Some Features:
-Parking under detached garage or on street.
-Front and back yard access ofc.
-Convenient community walkway that leads to the beach. (Short walk)
-Washer and dryer on property.
-TV/Bluetooth stereo in the outdoor area.
-A.C. in Private Room for renter.
