Private Room/Bathroom for rent

Hi! My roommate and I are looking for someone to rent out a private room/bathroom in Millcreek. We are looking for someone clean and respectful around our age to share our space. The condo is very nice, and your room is private with a walk-in closet. There is free parking, and a clubhouse with a pool, gym, and ping pong. Rent is around $. We are looking for a female because I’m scared of the rando men on the internet lol but my current roommate is a super nice, safe guy who I’ve known for a long time. Water and internet are included, gas and power are split evenly. The pictures of the room and bathroom are listed, but the stuff in them will be moved out by the time you move in and will be cleaned. Furniture for private room is not included, but there is a nice couch in the living room and a TV with two other chairs, we have a shared fridge (not pictured), and dining room table with chairs. The pictures of the common area were from before we moved in so don’t show the furnishings. Reach out for more info!
