Looking for a Roommate

A little bit about me: I am and work in finance. I am originally from South Florida, and I went to FSU. Now, I am back here. My work schedule keeps me fairly busy during the week. But in my free time, I enjoy working out, playing basketball/pickleball, meeting up with friends, going out, watching movies, and playing video games. I do have a pet cat named Hobbes. But he is a very chill cat and tends to just stay in my room.

I am trying to find a roommate for a . I work in Aventura, so I am trying to find a place ideally north of Morningside, but definitely open to other areas. I have checked out Biscayne and Sole Mia, which both offer some great amenities. But I am of course open to other options.
