About me: Hello Everyone! My name is Sev, and I own this big, cozy house with a huge backyard. I’m looking to share it with someone who is easy-going, calm, and driven. I’m laid-back, positive, and enjoy a balanced lifestyle. I love trying new things and going on adventures. I’m a figure skater, a gardener, and an avid board game player. I work in surveillance, so I’m usually working evenings and weekends. I love having a chill space to come back to after a busy day, so if that sounds like your vibe, we might be a good fit!

About the house: The house is super spacious, full of natural light from the huge windows, and filled with houseplants for a cozy, fresh vibe. You’ll have two room options: one small fully furnished bedroom or a medium unfurnished room—your pick! There’s a large living room for relaxing, a big kitchen with plenty of space for cooking, and a large dining room perfect for meals or hangouts. There’s also a laundry room and a huge board game/art-making room for creative projects or games. The backyard is massive, great for BBQs and gardening (you’ll even have your own designated gardening spot!) or just soaking up some sunshine. You’ll have a parking spot of your own, and there’s a new French door fridge with a filtered water and ice dispenser for your use, along with plenty of storage. I have a cute husky pit bull mix named Alpine who loves humans. He’s playful, affectionate, and intelligent, but he can’t stand other animals, so he needs to be the only pet in the house. He stays in my room when I’m away. The house is very well furnished—I probably have anything on hand you could possibly need. I’m a very proactive landlord and have installed a brand-new water heater, furnace, solar panels, and a full-house generator this year, so the house is well taken care of. Plus, we’re close to Metropolitan Community College, Costco, Zona Rosa, and the North Oak Library, so everything you need is within reach.

About the room:
Option 1: My smaller room is f
