Looking for a quite and chill place

I'm in the process of wanting a change and looking for a new place to live. I would like to live with people who are down to earth, open-minded, not super noisy who are clean and have respect for there roommates space.

I"m a San Jose Native and professional currently working in Cupertino in a corporate office and have an job. I'm usually off weekends and like to relax and enjoy my downtime.

I'm looking for as big of a space as possible for the money and hoping to include some utilities. I would prefer not furnished as I have my own things that I want to bring with me. I would preferably like to only share a bathroom with one other person.

I keep common areas clean and I pretty much have my own life and tend to either stay in on one of my off days and then venture out on the other to keep things balanced.

I like to socialize when I can but since I get up early, I tend to go to sleep early as well. I prefer there be some type of quiet hours so I can sleep and I would like to have guests over and be able to cook when I need to.

I also prefer a place with a washer and dryer already in the unit. Also a place to store bins and boxes would be ideal.

Everything else is pretty negotiable. I'm sort of looking to move at the end of the year, early . But if I find something too good to pass up, could look to move sooner.
