This is a 4-Bedroom Apartment, with 2 bathrooms... so you would share the 1 bathroom with two other guys. And the 4th roommate has the Master.

The room is unfurnished... but the rest of the apartment is furnished... so you would only be able to move in to the bedroom with furniture, etc.

No Pets allowed. No Kids. We are seeking one roommate only, no couples.

There is a Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer inside our Apartment.

Very simple, basic Apartment but clean, great spot, drama free Roommates, and great price for the area. Someone who works or travels a lot would be an ideal candidate.

The Roommates are very easy going and are usually either not at home or in their room most of the time. (I have been here 3 months and have only seen the other roomates a small handful of times... they leave early and when they do come home they mainly stick to their rooms. We are in our s... very drama free. I have never once seen anyone in the Living Room. (But I will probably start utilizing it to watch Football).
