The house has 2 levels; the top floor area has 2 bedrooms, you will be occupying one of the rooms (technically the entire top floor will be occupied by the 2 of you). the basement area (fully equipped with its own bathroom and kitchen and living room ) will be rented separately. The previous roommates on the top floor are getting married, and the remaining roommate living in the basement is moving to be closer to work and reduce commuting. I will try matching people based on interests and personality to ensure harmony:). A few verifications will be required during lease signing. Please note that the place is fully furnished to facilitate co-loving, so if you have a bunch of furniture it will NOT work. Same if you are into excessive collection of items. I want to set the expectations as I value your time. The smallest of the bedroom is a cozy size room, perfect for a minimalist person and has a full bed, small desk, and small cabinet. The room is very sunny just like the other rooms. A video can be provided to give you an idea of the space.
