Master bedroom in North Portland

Master bedroom with large walk in closet/storage space, and another small closet. Vaulted ceiling and lots of light. This has been the largest bedroom I’ve ever had! Upstairs has a very cute/shared full bathroom with 1 roommate. 2nd bathroom is downstairs and is also a full bathroom. Both roommates are girls (early/mid s) very chill and good sense of humor. Downstairs has an office, full size basement for storage. Large back yard, small front yard, both fenced in. 1 pup for a roommate, she is very sweet and loves cuddles.
I am prepping to move in with my partner and their kids in the near future. If you are interested, I would then need to give my day notice to our rental agency. Then the 2 roommates and yourself, would submit proof of income (sometimes 6 months of pay stubs) or something similar to that. Then everyone would be approved all together and be added to the lease.
The house is in a very convenient location, right off the 5 freeway. Quick access to just about anywhere, close to the MAX.
Washer and dryer in the basement! Renter should be female, LGBTQ friendly, dog friendly, respect.
