Hey there! My current roommate will be moving out sometime this week, so I’m looking for somebody to take his place. This is a 2 Bedroom basement suite with new floors and appliances, located in north van by Capilano road. The rent is split $ each, plus $ a month for wifi. I’m very clean and I don’t throw any parties. This will be available for Dec 1st or earlier. Depending on when he moves out.
