It is also only a few years old, and housekeeping does a nice job of keeping common areas clean.Your room would have a walk-in closet and small balcony, and the second bathroom would be entirely yours. I currently have some furniture in the living room and dining area, but your room would be yours to furnish. There is also plenty of room for some additional furniture in the living room, and I'm open to rearranging things as needed.About me: I have a 6 year old cat who is extremely friendly and social. I work 5 days a week in the office, so he could really use a buddy. Priority will be given to anyone who works from home, would be home often, or has a pet to keep my cat company!I am a therapist finishing my doctoral degree in clinical psychology.
