Looking for an honest, tidy, kind tenant to share my home. This room is small and unfurnished but has hard wood floors and two windows. There is no closet but there is an alcove for a floor to ceiling shelf or hanging rod. If this room is a bit small once you are in the house tenants have first dibs on moving to any room that opens up. There is a shared kitchen (furnished), dining room and living room. We are drama free respectful folk with a quiet but friendly home on half acre so lots of outdoor space including a firepit. There is a visiting miniature horse, Prince, and two free range chickens on property. Powell Butte with miles of walking paths is across the street and are three blocks from Gresham. There is parking at the end of the drive and we are three doors down from the Powell bus stop. One person per room and no sleep overs in room but there is a couch for the occasional guest. Credit and background checks, first and last month and deposit required. Last month rent may be divided if necessary. No smoking on property.

The bedroom is ’ and has a small closet. The living room (’) and dining room (’) have large windows. Plenty of space to set up an office, art space, or gaming corner. The front yard has a couple of raised beds that you would be welcome to use. One off-street parking spot would be yours to use as well. Kitchen and laundry is on the first floor and would be shared with current tenants. The upstairs has two bedrooms and its own bathroom. There is a back entrance that allows the upstairs tenants to go upstairs without walking through the downstairs tenant’s space.Utilities will be split on a per-person basis, and usually run around $ per month per person. This includes power, water, gas, trash and internet. About UsThe current tenants are two nerdy, quiet grocery workers in their late ’s. We both work mainly early shifts and spend our home time quietly in our rooms. One spends half the week at his partner’s house.We are looking for ideally either a single roommate or a couple to rent downstairs. This spacious room has many windows that look outdoors on two walls and it's own entrance and small deck. I'm on half acre across from Powell Butte. My miniature horse visits and a sweet chicken has free range of the yard. I'm looking for a kind hearted, honest, tidy person who enjoys a peaceful environment. We require first and last month's rent and deposit, credit and background checks. If necessary we may be willing to break up last month's rent into 3 portions to get just the right match for the house. No smoking on property, a parking spot is available at the end of the drive and we are 3 doors down from the Powell bus. No sleepovers in room but comfy couch available for occasional guests.

House is a split level on a quarter acre. There is a large gazebo that makes it perfect for grilling and hangouts, and there is a hottub. There is plenty of parking.
