Seeking one roommate for a modern, safe .5 bath condo in Playa del Rey. Room available around November . Possibly sooner.Seeking roommate for at least months. $ refundable deposit and $ non-refundable cleaning fee upon moving out. Roommates work home, office and are respectful and share in the responsibilities around the house.I am kind, considerate and treat people with respect. Hi! I live in an amazing bath apartment in Marina del Rey, with huge floor to ceiling windows, tons of natural light, and a peaceful view of the marina. You would have a large room with a big closet, and the 2nd bathroom is all yours! The living room is furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all the necessary tools. There is also a furnished patio overlooking the marina. You'll only need to bring your own bedroom furniture.There is a washer and dryer inside the unit which is AMAZING. The kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of storage for two people. The apartment complex has access to pools, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and a safe walkable area. We're about a minute walk or a 2 minute drive to the beach. My apartment is very cozy and peaceful, just the way I like it! I think it's super important to have a safe, quiet, peaceful place to come home to, where you can relax and rest.

Hey Hey World!Thought we had this wrapped up, but it appears we will have one furnished (or unfurnished) room available at our spot come August st!It really is a GREAT place- which is probably why I have lived here for almost years now!!Right on Pacific, less than a half block from Venice blvd with the corner store, Bellisimo, Ospi, and the new Sí Mon. A block and a half from Windward circle and everything there; and of course- one block from the Beach.The apartment was renovated less than 5 years ago, and features a beautiful wide open kitchen/living room with fireplace, an awesome roofdeck, parking in back, and of course...amazing roomies!! :)We are low maintenance, high respect people- and are looking for someone (all genders welcome) who can be fun and social, but most importantly handle their biz and be respectful of the space, neighbors, etc.You would be sharing a bathroom with Sarah-- who works in architecture/design, and is Super sweet, active, and considerate. For more on her: As for myself, Tony is the name and I do commercial voiceover work, some acting, and play piano/make music.Anywho, it's been a while since I have posted one of these things so not sure what else to mention... The room isn't Huge, but has more than ample space- and has been very well kept up. The pictures I just uploaded aren't the Best, but all I had with me here as I sit in film scoring class! Will see if I can snap a few more in the coming days. It has great light, and you can essentially decorate it as you wish.
