Hey! I’m looking to sublease a 1-bedroom 1-bath apartment at College Place starting January 2026, if anyone is studying abroad or transferring. It is fully furnished, conveniently located near downtown, and a 10-minute walk from campus. Rent is $1,000 per room per month, plus utilities. I am willing to pay one month's rent. 

We have a pool, gym, yoga room, dog wash station, dark park, playground, outside activities such as tennis, and hammock spot. We just moved so not to much stuff in here but a couch is on its way and we have a tv for the front room. We’ll be cool till you mess with my whole milk, yogurt, or lunch meats… and stay out of the garage and anybody’s room but your own unless that person invites you inside while they are present. Pretty normal rules. I’ve got cameras outside and a couple inside ONLY FOR YOUR AND MY PROTECTION. You’re welcome to any and all the video you want as well as control to the front door and the doorbell video cam. We don’t do drugs or drink massive amount of alcohol. So we do appreciate some respect in that regard when it comes to that stuff. I’m all for the hippie stuff.. but past that, no thank you!
