Huge room available in Washington H bed one bath apartment with kitchen and living room (pictures of the apartment coming soon) in a 5 floor walk-up building. Both rooms are far apart which gives you more privacy. The room comes semi furnished with a king bed and the clothing rack (no closet!) - everything else you see in the pictures are from my current roommate that’s moving out. If you don’t want the bed I can get rid of it. It will be available for move in ideally on Jan 2. First month’s rent + one month’s deposit required. All utilities included (gas, electric, internet, cleaning supplies, toiletries).
