I’m a musician who tends to write/record at the weirdest times, so I understand the need for a place where others wouldn’t mind the music in the house. This is a year lease for 1 bedroom signed with the landlord deposit and first month’s rent required. Utilities (Internet/Water/Electric/Gas) are not included and are split by every roommate in the house (divided evenly). Since we have pets (2 cats in my bedroom, 2 bearded dragons, and 2 roaming cats) we can only allow other cats and small pets that won’t clash with our pets.
