It's about miles from Aldi & the Industrial Blvd Walmart and 8 miles from Perimeter University. It's on 5 acres of land and has a lake out back. It's quiet & very safe. All of the utilities (electric, water & internet) are included in the price of the rent. I also have 1 well behaved cat.
