The room is actually larger than mine. There is also a bathroom located directly next to the room that I don’t use because my room has it’s own bathroom. This bathroom is pretty much yours despite an occasional guest if need be. There is a connected private garage for each of us included in the rent price. The apartment is located above the garages and the entrance is indoors. There is a gym on as well as a large pond directly behind our apartment that is cleaned by the staff regularly and has its own beach area. I love this apartment as to why I would like to remain here even after my room mate leaves. The dumpsters are in walking distance and we have in unit washer and dryer as well as a garbage disposal and area for recycling. There is also a balcony attached to the living room connected by a sliding door. The living room and public spaces are fully furnished which includes a large flat screen, couches, a beautiful plant shelf, etc. The kitchen also has many items I’ve already purchased including a kuerig, toaster, essentials, etc. We’re located in a rather private, peaceful, and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbor’s. I already have internet and essentials installed, we would just split the standard price. For any questions feel free to ask, I’m sure I forgot to include some details.
