The apartment gets lots of natural light and is in an amazing location, convenient access to 2 major highways, Perimeter Mall, and even restaurants and shopping within walking distance. You’d think for such a great location, it would be a loud neighborhood but it’s actually really peaceful. We’re on the top floor so no noisy overhead neighbors! Our building has access to covered parking as well. A bit about me, I’m a musician, actor, and graphic designer and I have one cat (5 years old). Pets are welcome as long as they’re friendly and respectful! My kiddo would love to have a friend to play with 🐾 We keep a really clean and tidy house and hope you are looking for that, too. No couples or kids, please, but LGBTQ+ and 🍃-friendly as long as you partake outside 😄 Our porch is huge so it’s a great place to hang :)
