I have two rooms for rent in a shared house in Titusville. The house is located on the river with a nice yard and dock. The rooms for rent are upstairs and there is a small sitting area upstairs with a TV, and a shared bathroom (shared between the two tenants). Nice Kitchen, living room and Laundry room downstairs. There is a 4th bedroom upstairs that I would like to keep available for family/friends that want to visit (available to all tenants family & friends)Each room rents for $ and includes the utilities.
