Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+, Amazon Prime, and PBS Passport accounts are registered on the TV device. The laser and color inkjet printers are available for use. The 3d printer you can't use, but can ask me to print things for you.Off street parking available, there is also plenty of street parking. If you have a really short car, then garage parking is available. For the carless, I do offer rides to the grocery and other stores, especially when I'm heading to them.Rent rates are:A thousand per month for the master bedroom (can be shared for -fifty/mo each)And hundred for the other room (can be shared for ty-fife/mo each)Both rooms are available for year leases.
