Looking for a roommate until January . 2 bedroom one bath with shared furnished living spaces. Washer and dryer in unit. Top floor. Garages. Gym. Nice area near a college and the downtown Troy area. My neighborhood is nice to walk in even in the evening. There’s concerts by the water, great restaurants and a farmers market every Saturday. It’s a waterfront apartment so if you like getting out on the water then that’s a pleasant feature. I can send more pictures than what’s on my profile if interested or give a tour. Male or female roommate is fine.
