Currently, the only person living there is me, the owner, so you get to choose which room you want. I just purchased the house and plan on doing renovations.The house is on 3 acres with a barn and a three car garage. For an additional $50 a month, you can use one of the garage spaces. I want to renovate! 100% of the money I make from having roommates is going right back into the home.Pets are welcome! Only one pet per tenant.
