Looking for someone reliable, clean, quiet, responsible, for at least months in Donelson. I have a dog she will be crated when not home and is well behaved. I have a small compact laundry washer that came in unit but there is an on- laundry facility a couple buildings over. There are multiple laundry places with in a mile radius if you decide to go that route. Location is also only minutes from downtown. Room is not furnished .

Looking to rent out the Second Bedroom and Second Bathroom in my Luxury Corner Apartment in Downtown Nashvillee

A .5 bath town house build apartment. Room is located on the second floor (not furnished) with your own walk-in closet shared bathroom. In the Bellevue area with a mall strip, grocery stores, and a movie theater minutes away. The apartment unit also has a tennis court, fitness center, a pool, and laundry area in which to wash your clothes.

The apartment itself is about a thousand square feet and the room I’m looking to fill is about eleven by thirteen. Pretty much all of the furniture in the public space is mine so it should stay furnished, but just about all if not all of the furniture from the bedroom will be leaving, and a decent portion of the Knick knacks and some of the decor will be leaving, but I’m open to changing things up either way. And the rent should be somewhere from 7 hundred to 8 hundred each depending on how we split it up and if we decide to do a 6 month or year lease.I’m ideally looking for somebody in their twenties who is pretty clean and will help keep the public space clean, but outside of that I’m pretty open.
